Now that we are mobile

The Bug isn’t quite crawling, but she’s not staying in one place anymore either. She’s perfected the “scroot” as we like to call it — the crawl/scoot, and it’s gets faster everyday.

Movement forward started a few weeks ago and since then, very important lessons were learned rather quickly:

1. No matter how many times a week I sweep the floors (7), there’s still enough dog hair and dust to cover the entire front of a onesie. I’m starting to think I should create a microfiber suit and have her clean the floor for me.

2. Electrical cords are the coolest thing ever. So is the breast pump. Dad’s guitar and ukelele are awesome too. Dog paws need touching and oh, is that a shoe?

3. Binkies hide in every corner of the house. Most often they’re covered in the dust and hair that escapes the broom due to number one, making them even more gross.
